We brought yearling bucks "Tex" and another buck "Billy Bob" back from Texas in August of 2005 along with six registered does. Wonderful dispositions. Tex took third in the San Angelo show in 2005. The does have udders almost as big as a cow and it's not unusual to get triplets or quads from these goats. We feed a lot of our homegrown alfalfa and a small amount of mix that comes from Crawfordsville Feed and Grain.

We purchased MACK from Jim and June Reeves at Mullin, Texas. Mac Price, our eight year old grandson went with us. A picture I took of Mac, Mack, and Bill made it on to the cover of Meat Goat Magazine. Mack sired many good kids and our handsome herd of Boer goats shows the good breeding.
The Herd
Bill called me recently and asked me to bring the camera and come out to the field. It was a beautiful evening and all of the does and kids were up around the buildings. We did get some very good pictures.
Texas Lady
This is one of the registered Texas does that we brought back from our trip June of 2000. Boer goats are strong, good looking animals.
